How compelling is your Google Ad? I’ve had clients tell me that, as they searched for a writer, poof – my little Google Ad caught their eye, seemed to blink at them and practically jumped right off the page.
I now get tons of traffic from my Google Ad, and you can too.
Here’s what I wrote in my Google Ad:
"Let Me Help Open Your Soul and Gently Guide Your Story Onto Paper."

==================================================================================
Google AdWords is great for any business and especially so for writers. It allows you to create concise, powerful ads that direct people to your writing website or blog. The more compelling and catchy your ad is written, the better.
A well-constructed ad shows the reader that you are creative and that you have a flair for copywriting.
You pay a fee (per click) to Google, each time someone clicks on your advertisement. This is an effective program because you are using a method that is pro-active.
The person who finds you is actively searching for someone (using specific keywords for his or her search), and your ad may pop-up on the right-hand side of the page (on a Google’s search engine) or on other websites.
I select the maximum dollar amount that I am willing to pay per click. I also set a limit on the total amount that I want to be billed each day. This way, there will be no surprises and I won’t receive a large unexpected charge from Google. If I’m over my limit, my ad will simply not appear.
